Takao Rock 打狗祭睽違 4 年回歸，不僅延續 2018 年的視覺元素，舞台規模更全面升級。活動範圍從上屆 2018 年的三號船渠擴大到高流海音館、海風廣場、珊瑚礁群、LIVE WAREHOUSE 等四大場域，海音館本屆也將加入五大主題舞台陣容。
主視覺使用「打狗音樂宇宙」概念，將高流音浪塔、音符、吉他等和高流有關的符號打造成外星小怪獸，翱翔於星球般的五大主題舞台，地表上眾多樂壇之星精彩演出，流星雨般不斷降臨的豐富活動，讓打狗祭不只是音樂祭，而是一座音樂宇宙星樂園。

Takao Rock festival returns after a 4-year break, continuing the visual elements from 2018 and upgrading the stage setup. The event has expanded from its 2018 edition at Pier 3 to include four major areas.
The main visual concept is "Takao Music Universe." It turns symbols related to Kaohsiung Music Center, such as the Wave Tower, musical notes, and guitars, into extraterrestrial creatures that fly across five themed stages resembling planets. With numerous music stars performing on the ground and a wealth of activities akin to a continuous meteor shower, the Takao Rock festival is more than just a music festival; it's a music universe and a music paradise.
