Building on the success of the design brand "Yii", HAN gallery moved to an entrepreneurial platform to carry on their research. Under ex-Droog Design creative director GIJS BAKKER.
The HAN Gallery (漢）Logo is a monogram combining 3 characters of their brand name HAN. The geometrical abstraction of the strokes creates ambiguity somewhere between Chinese character and western writing. When reading side way (right), it resembles the Chinese character (玉), meaning "jade" or "treasury".
