台灣設計研究院 最新發行的年度調查報告，透過國際文獻與案例研析、問卷調查與專家訪談，帶您一探國內設計師職場發展現況，包含薪資、求職條件、工作滿意度以及未來設計職能發展等。
本報告透過新加坡、日本、韓國以及英國設計人才發展議題整理與分析，再藉由逾千份問卷以及20位設計領域產學界專家的訪談，綜整國內設計人才發展的9大關鍵議題。
Taiwan Design Talent Report 2021
Through in-depth analysis of international literature and case studies, as well as extensive questionnaire surveys and expert interviews, this report offers a comprehensive look into the current state of the design industry in Taiwan. It covers a wide range of topics, including salaries, job requirements, job satisfaction, and the future development of design skills. By comparing and analyzing the design talent development trends in Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom, and through over a thousand questionnaires and interviews with 20 industry and academic experts in the design field, this report has identified nine key issues concerning the development of design talent in Taiwan.
